Returns Policy
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
- Tea products must remain sealed
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 10 days cannot be accepted.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened tea products
- Used teaware or infusers
- Gift cards
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Process
Email sales@nevillesnaturally.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
